The manual hydraulic pallet truck is a compact, convenient, flexible, heavy-duty, and durable cargo handling tool. In addition to the function of consigning goods, the truck contains a hydraulic device between the chassis and the wheels in order to facilitate the lifting and lowering of the goods. The truck can be easily pushed under the base of the cargo box, and then the chassis is lifted by hydraulic pressure. Thus can drag the cargo to move. After reaching the destination, the chassis will be lowered hydraulically. And then the cargo will land accordingly and the truck can be easily drawn out. As  a result, the  truck can help to omit the complicated process of manual handling. The manual hydraulic pallet truck is a good helper for workshop cargo handling.

The manual hydraulic pallet truck mainly consist of three parts: handle, oil cylinder, and car body.

The handle of the manual hydraulic pallet truck can control the lifting and lowering of the hydraulic cylinder. The length of the handle is generally about 1 meter. The long handle principle greatly reduces the manpower.

The main body of the manual hydraulic pallet truck is generally made of 4mm steel plate. The wheels are different from nylon and polyurethane. In the process of use, they are usually nylon wheels, which have good wear resistance.

The manual hydraulic pallet truck uses the principle of hydraulic transmission, uses oil as the working medium, transmits movement through the change of the seal volume, and transmits power through the pressure inside the oil.

  • Power part

Convert the mechanical energy of the prime mover into the pressure energy of oil (hydraulic energy). For example: hydraulic pump.

  • Executive part

Convert the oil pressure energy input by the hydraulic pump into mechanical energy that drives the working mechanism. For example: hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic motors.

  • Control part

Control and adjust the pressure, flow and direction of the oil. For example: pressure control valve, flow control valve and direction control valve.

  • Auxiliary part

Connect the first three parts together to form a system, which plays the role of oil storage, filtration, measurement and sealing. For example: pipelines and joints, fuel tanks, filters, accumulators, seals and control instruments, etc.

The pressure applied at any point on a certain volume of liquid can be equally transmitted in all directions. This means that when multiple hydraulic cylinders are used, each hydraulic cylinder will pull or push at its own speed, and these speeds depend on the pressure required to move the load.
